What is The Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Conference about?
The Singapore WSH Conference brings together business leaders, government officials, WSH practitioners and management representatives to discuss WSH challenges and share best practices to explore and improve WSH strategies, and bolster companies’ competitive edge in these challenging times. Themed Reinforcing WSH for Business Sustainability, the Conference comprises four plenary sessions and six symposiums, with over 40 renowned speakers.

The Singapore WSH Conference will take place on 19-20 September 2022 at the Singapore Expo Hall 1.

This seventh edition of the Singapore WSH Conference is anticipated to be one of the biggest WSH events in the region. Registration Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in my registration?
Your physical registration includes a 2-day pass to attend the Conference with a buffet lunch and two tea breaks to be provided on each Conference day.
Can I register more than one person at a time?
Yes, you can register as a group (minimum of 4 participants) and enjoy a discounted rate.
I registered online but didn’t get an email confirmation or receipt yet.
You should receive a confirmation from enquiry@singaporewshconference.sg immediately after you’ve completed your registration and payment. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam / junk folder. Make sure you add enquiry@singaporewshconference.sg to your safe sender list for updates on the event!
I registered but I cannot attend. Can I give my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Please email enquiry@singaporewshconference.sg 3 working days in advance for any changes.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the Conference physically?
Yes. In line with the latest Safe Management Measures1, all participants are required to be vaccinated for MICE events with more than 500 participants. An individual is considered fully vaccinated if he/she a) has received the full regimen of a WHO EUL vaccine or b) is within the 180-day exemption period after recovery from COVID-19. From 14 February 2022, participants resident in Singapore aged 18 years and above and who have completed the primary vaccination series will be considered fully vaccinated for up to 270 days after the last dose of the primary vaccination status. Thereafter, such participants who are eligible for booster vaccination must do so in order to remain deemed as fully vaccinated.

How do I buy a virtual pass?
We encourage participants to attend the Conference in-person, for face-to-face networking and interaction with leaders and friends in the WSH community. If it is not possible for you to attend in-person, a virtual option will be available for organisations that purchase at least one regular-priced in-person pass. One regular-priced in-person pass entitles the organisation to purchase up to five virtual passes in the same transaction. Virtual passes cannot be purchased on a standalone basis (without being bundled with a regular-priced in-person pass).
Do I need to download any software to access the event streaming site?
There is no need to download any software. For the optimal viewing experience, please use a desktop or laptop with the latest version for Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or Safari.
When will I get the link to the event streaming platform?
A few days before the Conference starts, you will receive a link that will grant you access to the event streaming platform. This option is only available to participants who have registered for the virtual Conference.
